Private Client Solicitor - Regional Firm - East Sussex About the Role: Join a reputable regional firm based in East Sussex as a Private Client Solicitor, bringing your expertise to a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional service to clients. This role offers an opportunity to work on a wide range of private client matters, providing both challenge and reward in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration. * Provide tailored legal advice and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met. * Handle complex estate planning issues and tax considerations. * Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to progress cases efficiently. * Contribute to the continued growth and success of the private client department through proactive engagement and collaboration. Criteria: * Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in private client law. * Demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload of private client matters independently. * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. * Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. * Proactive and adaptable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
