Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new challenge? A growing law firm is seeking a dedicated individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience to join their brand new department. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within the Private Client Department and make a real impact.

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work independently and take ownership of your workload. Business development skills are essential as you will be responsible for growing the new department. Your proven background and enthusiasm for Private Client work will be crucial in this role, as you will be involved in a variety of tasks including the preparation of Wills, administration of Estates for business and private clients, lifetime and post-death tax planning, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection orders.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong track record in Private Client work and be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proactive and client-focused approach.
