At Nelsons, we have a dedicated private client team across the East Midlands with experts in Leicester, Derby, and Nottingham.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated private client solicitor to join the team in our Derby office to focus on private client work with an emphasis on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and administration of estates.

This is an exciting opportunity for a private client solicitor to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a caseload, including:

  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Administration of estates

To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about business development.
