My client is a top tier regional firm in Bournemouth with a rare opportunity for a highly qualified and dedicated private client lawyer to join their Partnership. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience handling a wide range of private client matters, including wills, probate, and powers of attorney, with a particular focus on complex tax and trust issues. A qualification as a tax adviser (CTA) or an interest in tax would be particularly advantageous. Additionally, STEP qualification or a commitment to obtaining it is essential.

As a Private Client Partner, you will be expected to lead a team and participate in business development efforts. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively across the team's practice areas. Excellent client service and a dedication to leading, developing, and growing the team are key qualities sought. The firm values long-term client relationships and is looking for an outgoing, positive individual who can deliver exceptional service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join one of the leading firms in the Bournemouth area, which has a strong reputation among clients and the community. They offer competitive compensation packages and excellent working conditions, and are committed to properly rewarding outstanding contribution.

They're proud of their values and supportive culture and actively encourage all partners and staff to reach their full potential with excellent opportunities for career progression and promotion.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
