A leading regional law firm is looking to strengthen its reputable private client department with the appointment of a private client solicitor of at least 8 years’ PQE for its Kidderminster office. On offer is exceptional quality work, management responsibilities and hybrid working. 

The firm/team: 

  • Legal 500 law firm that really does offer work/life balance – Free from long hours and pure focus on targets 
  • You will join a team spread across six offices with around a 40 people head count
  • Real focus on staff engagement, corporate and social responsibility and mental well-being

The work: 

  • This is a new role in which you will be undertaking a varied portfolio of private client work in support of the wider division – including LPAs, wills, administration of estates, creation of trusts and tax planning – whilst helping grow and manage a large Kidderminster office

You:

  • 8 years’ PQE plus
  • You will be ambitious and driven, with the desire to embrace a challenge, and have demonstrable skills in business development including sound commercial awareness
  • Given the focus on business development, you will be required to attend networking events to build contacts within the industry whilst maintaining good working relationships with existing clients and referrers; An aptitude with the use of social media, such as LinkedIn, will be welcome.
