What will you do?
- Handle a broad private client caseload
- Manage complex estate administration (with agricultural & business elements), Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus
- Have managerial responsibilities: To potentially include leading a division within the Private Client department, managing one of the firm’s branches, or supervising, mentoring or coaching other members of staff including trainees
- Continue to develop and enhance the firms already very good reputation
- Your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high net worth nature – Experience of this is beneficial, but certainly not essential
What will you need?
- To be an experienced solicitor or legal executive
- To have at least 4 years private client experience
- Any experience of agricultural/business/significant financial investments would be preferred
- STEP membership an advantage, but not essential
- To be a real team player and work in a collaborative manner
This role will ideally be offered on a full time basis, but do get in touch if you are looking for a part-time role.
