My client is a well-established law firm in Richmond, on the lookout for a Private Client Lega Assistant or Paralegal to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Managing and organising client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conducting legal research and staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.
  • Facilitating communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties.
  • Handling probate and trust administration tasks, including document preparation and court filings.
  • Collaborating with other paralegals and legal professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 12 months experience as a Private Client Paralegal
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and case management tools.
