As a Paralegal, you will support Solicitors and Partners in fee-earning work, gaining exposure to a variety of responsibilities in the Private Client sector. The role involves:
- Interviewing and advising clients
- Drafting legal documents (Wills, Powers of Attorney)
- Conducting estate administration ('probate') work
- Drafting accounts and liaising with clients
- Creating and administering Trusts
- Providing general administration support
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in private client law
- Commitment to excellent client care and enthusiasm for private client work
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competence in mathematics
