Private Client Paralegal / Assistant - Legal 500 Firm
TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity for a Paralegal within a Support Department of a Legal 500 firm in Newport. This role offers a chance to immerse in a variety of legal tasks, ensuring each day is both challenging and rewarding. The successful candidate will benefit from a supportive environment that fosters professional growth and skill development.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough legal research, drafting precise legal documents, and engaging with clients through meetings and correspondence. Administrative acumen is essential, as the role entails meticulous file management and document collation. The Paralegal will also act as a pivotal point of contact, maintaining client relationships via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.

In the absence of Fee Earners, the Paralegal will ensure seamless continuity of work, managing files, and liaising with the relevant parties. Continuous professional development is encouraged, with access to seminars, webinars, and internal training courses designed to enhance practical legal skills.

Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations is a critical aspect of the role, alongside participation in marketing and networking events to bolster the department's presence. The Paralegal may also provide interdepartmental support and assist with reception duties as needed.
