Top Legal 500 law firm with offices across London and Essex are currently recruiting an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary due to growth within the team in their offices close to Walthamstow.

Minimum of 3 years solid experience of working within a Private client, wills and probate team is required.

This is a full time, office based role with experience of -

  • Legal Secretary having experience of working in Wealth Management / Private Client Department.
  • Working knowledge of Probate, Wills & LPA processes.
  • Extremely organised individual with excellent file management/organising skills.
  • Keyboard and computerised system skills - 65 wpm typing (minimum). Audio typing skills are essential. Experience of working with a case management system.
  • Accurate and quick worker with ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the firm’s systems and standards and correspondence styles;
  • Accuracy is essential with good command of English punctuation, grammar, spelling and composition.

Salary is dependent on experience
