Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join this prestigious law firm as a Private Client Legal Secretary.

In this role, you'll provide invaluable support to the firms esteemed fee earners in the Private Client Department, assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with opening files and managing Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes.

- Liaise with clients and fee earners to coordinate meetings and appointments.

- Efficiently manage fee earners diary and inbox, prioritising tasks and deadlines.

- Facilitate bookings for conferences, restaurants, and other essential arrangements.

- Handle telephone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

- Perform e-filing, document production, and reformatting as needed.

- Prepare and distribute correspondence and legal documents.

- Manage paper filing, archiving of files, and maintaining organised records.

- Assist with billing.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong document management skills.

- Previous experience as a legal secretary, particularly within a Private Client team.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Exceptional organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.

- Experience with billing processes and financial transactions is advantageous.
