A longstanding law firm with an outstanding reputation have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join their Private Client team based in Bournemouth. (Private Client experience not essential but one years Legal support experience if willing to learn)

Ideal Candidate:

My client are looking to recruit an Assistant who has strong IT skills, who is able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines whilst still providing a high quality of work.

The candidate must be self motivated, able to work on own initiative and as part of a Team, and possess strong communication skills.

You should be able to work with the minimum of supervision, whilst enjoying working within a team culture which is highly focused yet friendly and supportive.

Skills Ideally Required;

  • General knowledge of Wills & Probate work
  • Good typing speed
  • Solid IT Skills
  • Excellent client care and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Ability to build close working relationships with your team
  • Confident approach dealing with clients and other external bodies.
  • Highly focused, organised and efficient with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Pro-active

Knowledge of case management systems would be highly desirable.
