Location: Rustington
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: NQ: £30,000 (DOE), £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
A leading law firm based in Rustington is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Private Client Lawyer to join their dynamic and vibrant team. They welcome applications from new qualifiers (NQ) or paralegals with experience in handling wills, LPAs, and related matters.
About The Legal Team: They are a leading legal practice in Rustington, committed to delivering exceptional private client services. They are currently expanding their team and are open to welcoming a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the firm's success in private client matters.
Responsibilities: As a Junior Private Client Lawyer, you will be involved in a variety of private client matters, including:
- Court of Protection
- Wills
- LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney)
- Tax planning
- Trusts
- New qualifier (NQ) or paralegal with experience in private client matters
- Ambition to progress and develop expertise in private client law

- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively
