Private Client Lawyer - Hove

Location: Hove
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: NQ: £30,000 (DOE), £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

Emma at TN Recruits Law is currently working with a well-regarded law firm in their search for an experienced Private Client Lawyer. They are a dynamic, highly regarded client team in Hove, seeking a professional candidate with circa 5 years of professional experience who can demonstrate a strong commitment to progressing to partner level within the next few years.

About The Law Firm: This is a firm that prides itself on providing exceptional legal services with a focus on private client matters, including Court of Protection, wills, LPAs, tax planning, and trusts. Their team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, and fosters a collaborative and vibrant working environment.

Responsibilities: As a Private Client Lawyer, you will be responsible for a range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
  • Court of Protection
  • Wills
  • LPAs (Lasting Powers of Attorney)
  • Tax planning
  • Trusts
Key Requirements:
  • Qualified legal professional with circa 5 years' experience
  • Ambition to progress to partner level within the next few years
  • Career-driven individual with a strong commitment to professional development
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead, with 2 secretaries for support
