About the Role:

Join our client's esteemed Private Client department as a solicitor or legal executive. Handling a varied caseload including probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload encompassing private client and elderly client matters
• Provide expert advice on probate, estate administration, wills, and lasting powers of attorney
• Liaise with clients, offering tailored legal solutions with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency, working independently with minimal supervision

The Ideal Candidate:

Are you a proactive legal professional with a passion for private client law? We're seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with:

• Minimum 3 years PQE in private client law
• Membership of STEP and/or Solicitors for the Elderly (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload effectively
