Private Client Lawyer Partner

We are looking for a Partner to join an exceptional Private Client team. Our client is famous  for providing on-the-money advice as well as boasting an outstanding team. They offer a myriad of services, including succession planning, tax mitigation, trust structuring, and will writing and Power of Attorney planning. They also have particular experience in dealing with Court of Protection matters and trust and probate administration.

This is a truly rare opportunity to establish yourself as a Private Client Partner. You will be stepping into a dynamic collegiate atmosphere, where you'll collaborate with a determined and united team of legal experts. You will be expected to be an established partner or a rising star, known within the Private Client sector as a genuine rainmaker, and be looking to take on the lead role.

The Role:

• Within your role you will be managing a diverse workload and will provide expert legal advice and representation to private clients on matters such as but not limited to, estate planning, succession, and wealth preservation.
• You will be developing and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, empathy, and a commitment to understanding their individual circumstances and objectives.
• You will be expected to stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in private client law, contributing to the firm's thought leadership initiatives and professional development programs.
