My client are recruiting for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team with a view to taking over the leadership of the department and potentially the management of the firm overall.

This long established firm are located on the South Coast not far from Havant and Chichester and offer both Private Client & Residential Property services to a local client base. Client care is front and centre of what they stand for which results in a loyal client base and much of their work is generated from referrals.

The role will see you inherit a varied caseload of Private Client working including Wills, Tax Planning, LPA's and Estate Administration including HNW. After a long and successful career the current HoD is looking to take a step back with a view to winding down and retiring as such there is an opportunity here to buy into the equity of the firm - Further details of this are available upon request.

The successful applicant is likely to have worked in a leading firm and perhaps looking to secure a position that enables more of a work life balance. Clearly with a role of this nature will have many years of experience under your belt as a guide a minimum of 10PQE will be required, if you have STEP qualification or experience in the COLP role this will be advantageous.
