Salary: Negotiable depending on candidates track record and experience

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join an established HNW insurance broker as a Private Client Associate Director to develop the London area.

The Broker has a great name and presence in the HNW market and wants someone to maximise the existing opportunities in London and push growth of the client portfolio and presence in the City.

This role will primarily focus on development and requires a candidate who has a proven track record in building strong relationships and placing Private Client / HNW Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture relationships with HNW individuals and clients to generate business opportunities.
• Utilise your own contacts and strategies to drive production and contribute to the overall growth of the business
• Capitalise on available support, such as introductions, referrals, and cross selling opportunities
• Over time, inherit existing clients and further expand client base through exceptional service and relationship management
• Liaise with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate and secure favourable terms and coverage for clients

Requirements:

• Track record in the Private Client / HNW Insurance industry
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining fruitful relationships with HNW individuals and clients
• Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance products and coverages in the Private Client segment
• Being hands on and handling all client transactions, production, renewals, claims and MTAs etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in relevant software and databases
