Print Team Manager
Print Team Leader
We are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to work in a busy Print Team based in the Leeds area. The Print Team must work with the wider business and the senior leadership, supporting and driving the business forward whilst developing innovative and strategic working practices to do so.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver against clearly defined targets & KPI's against the key business objectives.
- Manage the print department order book, including all aspects from graphics, sampling and finished product
- Understand and ensure adherence to all H&S procedures and policies and safe systems of working.
- Manage all production processes noting all jobs completed and ensuring systems are updated for dispatch and invoicing
- Manage all stock relevant to the print department, liaising with the Purchasing Manager to place orders in line with future stock consumption.
- Manage and plan resource allocation including use of approved overtime across the production environment in partnership with the Operations & Purchasing Manager including annual leave, managing and supporting attendance.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Experience working within a similar industry, hands on experience in digital printing.
- Good IT skills, experience using MS Office

Working hours
- Mon-Thu 0730 - 1630
- Friday 0730 - 1430
Pay and Benefits
- £27,000 per annum
- Paid holiday
