They are on the lookout for a trainee to join their bustling Print Production Team. You will receive comprehensive training across their digital print, finishing, and mailing departments. Looking for individuals who are reliable, personable, and punctual, capable of handling instruction and thriving under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a keen aptitude for learning are essential in our vibrant work environment. Basic IT skills for our Digital Print department are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn printing and finishing processes from seasoned staff members.
  • Acquire knowledge of the machinery and equipment
  • Understand and adhere to quality control, environmental, and data security protocols.
  • Interpret job sheet instructions accurately.
  • Ensure final products meet customer expectations by understanding their requirements.
  • Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervisors and management.
  • Adhere to company quality, health and safety, and security procedures.
  • Attend and participate in training courses as necessary.

Position Details:

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours dependent on department needs. Shift work may be required after completing the training period.
