This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join an independent Engineering and Sustainability Consultancy.

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in sustainability, environmental, engineering, architecture or similar
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Communication skills, written and verbal
  • Understanding of the policy & regulatory landscape relating to sustainable buildings and building energy in the UK
  • BREEAM Assessor qualification
  • BREEAM AP qualification
  • Knowledge of Net Zero Carbon standards (Desirable)
  • Analytical skills and computer literate e.g. Excel

Duties:

  • Attend project meetings and manage timescale, profitability, and budget of projects
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop projects proposals and attend project interviews and presentations
  • Support junior members of staff
  • Whole life carbon including operational and embodied carbon, and circular economy principals
  • Complete environmental assessment of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, and Ska
