Principal Machine Learning Engineer - GenAI

LLMs & MLOps

Hybrid - Basingstoke - 2/3x a week

Up to £85k

Looking for a Principal ML Engineer with a focus on Automation & GenAI to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions for a growing, international healthcare company.

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing GenAI capabilities, integrating them seamlessly into standard processes as they evolve. Collaboration with teams across the organization will be key as you assist in the adoption of AI/ML capabilities and actively participate in coding, development, governance, and maintenance.

Additionally, you'll design and implement solutions to automate manual IT and business processes, while continuously improving our software development practices using CI/CD techniques.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience developing machine learning models using Python or TensorFlow
  • Familiarity with NLP and AI technologies, including LLMs
  • Familiarity in building data pipelines
  • Strong background in DevOps practices: CI/CD, TDD, SDLC
