Principal - Life Science Recruitment - Basic £50,000 - £70,000 DOE - London

Edmund & Evans are an award winning Rec2Rec who are seeking a Principal Consultant to join our clients award winning team based in London.

If you have experience in either Perm or Contract then this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in 360 recruitment, ideally within Life Sciences or a similar market
• Driven by career progression and earning potential
• Consistent track record of hitting individual targets
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and candidates
• Professionalism and resilience in fast-paced environments

Experience:

• 2+ years of 360 recruitment experience
• Experience in opening new accounts and delivering into them
• Recognised internally and externally as an expert within your Practice area/industry sector
• Demonstrated success in business development
• Ambition to succeed in a competitive yet high-integrity environment
