A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are looking to hire a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor for their London office. This company is a medium sized business, with a positive work culture. This Consultancy has a very high employee retention rate, they offer a workload that is entertaining but does not overload you, allowing you to develop your skills as you enjoy your work.
Principal Designer
The Principal Designer / CDM Advisor will be managing a portfolio of mostly London based projects. Carrying out site inspections band supporting with writing, they will be developing their core knowledge of CDM 2015 as their career also develops.
Principal Designer requirements
- 1-year CDM experience
- NEBOSH National Certificate
- IOSHH Affiliate member (ideally)
