A very well-respected large Construction Consultancy, with a varied project portfolio are looking to hire a self-motivated Principal Designer, to provide design safety to their clients. The company champions a strong social office, with clear progression from Principal Designer to an Associate Director position (a position that holds equity).

Principal Designer

The Principal Designer will be confident within Design meetings and communicate with clients effectively. Managing a portfolio of 5-7 projects, the Principal Designer will have a wide range of high-value projects to work on, providing exciting and varying day-to-day work.

Principal Designer / CDM Advisor Requirements

  • NEBOSH National Certificate
  • Tech IOSHH Membership
  • APS Membership
  • Principal or CDM experience on a high value project required
  • Design/Technical degree (preferable)
