A great opportunity to join a leading property investment and development company as a Principal Data Scientist

THE COMPANY

The business is one of Europe's leading property investment and development companies with a portfolio worth over £18 billion and ownership of over 10 million square metres of space. Now a proud member of the FTSE100, the business are undergoing a period of rapid growth with the plan of becoming the world's best property company.

As part of this growth, the business are looking to enhance their advanced analytics capabilities and add a Principal Data Scientist to the team.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce and maintain advanced analytics deliverables for the businesses tasks and projects

  • Assist in the identification and prioritisation of potential analytics projects and products which could add to business value

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics products/algorithms

  • Assist other tech teams across the business on data related subjects

YOUR KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong technical experience in SQL, Python, Power BI and Excel

  • Proven track-record working with geo-coding and geo-spatial data, strong spatial mindset

  • Good background in insights and analytics

  • Proficiency in web-scraping
