PRINCIPAL ANALYST - HERTFORDSHIRE

UP TO £85,000

THE COMPANY

I am supporting a leading e-commerce platform on a Principal-level individual contributor position. As a Principal Analyst, you will utilise your expertise in Python to drive greater efficiency across the business and upskill the wider team from a technical perspective.

THE ROLE

The successful Principal Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Utilise your expertise in Python to develop sophisticated models for data clustering, random forest analysis, and other advanced techniques
  • Conduct thorough data exploration and preprocessing to ensure the quality and relevance of the data used in modelling exercises
  • Translate complex modelling results into actionable insights for business stakeholders through clear and concise reporting

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Principal Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist with a focus on Python modelling techniques
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science)

THE BENEFITS

The successful Principal Analyst will receive a salary of up to £85,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
