Role: Princes Trust Team Leader
Location: West Yorkshire
Type: Temporary - Full Time
Rate: £15 - £17 per hour

Eden Brown are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Princes Trust Team Leader on behalf of a leading Further Education College in the West Yorkshire area.

This is a full time temporary role to start asap until the end of the academic year.

You will be responsible to recruit, select and lead a team of learners through the Team Programme. The Team Leader facilitates and encourages team achievements and guides each member of the team on an individual learning journey.

Duties & Responsibilities to include:

* Recruit a number of unemployed learners to participate in each team, ensuring all required administrative duties are completed for each.
* Develop and maintain a local database with up-to-date referral and recruitment opportunities.
* Understand and embody the Prince's Trust Team Toolkit.
* Plan and deliver the 12-week personal development programme in line with the Toolkit and funders' specifications.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team with the full support of the Delivery Partner.
* Take responsibility for the Team's Health, Safety and Welfare during all parts of the programme - including residentials.
* Supervise the team's liaison with community organisations and agencies to plan, prepare and carry out appropriate community projects and challenges, and individual placements in accordance with programme quality requirements.
* Set programme objectives, to meet both team and individual needs and to deliver the expected learning outcomes.

Candidates must have:

* Experience of working with unemployed young people
* Experience in running a Princes Trust programme as Team Leader
* Experience of working with employers/external agencies
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent which must include English and Maths
* Princes Trust Team Leader qualified
* Recognised IT qualification (e.g., CLAIT / ITQ L2 / ECDL/IBT2).
