Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver high-quality education to Year 5 students, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning needs.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love of learning.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school’s success.

Take on additional responsibilities, potentially leading a core subject area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experienced in teaching Year 5 or relevant Key Stage 2 experience.

Consistently graded as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ in lesson observations.

Previous leadership experience within a school setting is advantageous.

Strong team-working skills and a passion for educational excellence.
