Day-to-day of the role:

Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that are aligned with the National Curriculum, ensuring a high level of learning for all students.

Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that supports students’ holistic development and instills a growth mindset.

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall teaching and learning experiences within the school.

Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and development.

Participate in school events and contribute to the school community, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.

Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable but not essential.

A passion for teaching and inspiring young learners, with a focus on promoting their well-being and academic growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively as part of a team.
