Qualifications Required:

• NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working with young children

Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team . As an assistant in one of our nursery classes, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of young children. The successful candidate should have up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years framework, a sense of humour, patience, and a genuine interest in helping children thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the class teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Support individual and group learning experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children’s progress
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm 
• Some flexibility to work during school holidays in our holiday club
