Teaching Assistant - Afternoon Support (SEND) - Fantastic Primary School (Cheadle Area)

Do you have a passion for supporting children with complex needs?

Are you available to work full-time afternoons only?

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team at a fantastic Primary School in the Cheadle area of Stockport.

About the Role:

  • You will provide dedicated afternoon support to a child with complex SEND requirements.
  • You will work closely with the class teacher to ensure the child's individual needs are met.
  • You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
  • You will have a positive impact on the child's learning and development.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEND.
  • Is patient, caring and understanding.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Is a strong team player.
