Staff for Education are working in partnership with Primary Schools in Mansfield and the local surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work full-time 1-2-1 in the Autumn term 2024.

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting the class teacher during lessons
• Working with small groups of pupils or on a 1 to 1 basis
• Running small group exercises
• Ensuring students understand the lessons and work they are completing
• Providing regular feedback to students and the class teacher

To be successful for the role, you will:
• Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification/experience
• Have previous experience working within a school environment
• Have a passion for working with young people and enhancing their learning
