Randstad Education is looking for dedicated teachers like you to join our supply team. As a leading education recruitment agency, we offer opportunities for temporary placements in schools across the UK.

Position: Supply Teacher

Employer: Randstad Education

Location: Various locations across West Yorkshire

Contract: Temporary, Full-time/Part-time

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and key stages, following school policies and curriculum guidelines.
  • Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students and maintain high standards of learning.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment conducive to learning.
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers and school leadership on student progress and any issues encountered during the placement.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Proven experience as a teacher in a UK-based educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and settings as required.
