Position: Primary Teacher
Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: June 2024
Randstad Education is looking for a motivated and creative Primary Teacher to work in a wonderful primary school in Hoddesdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the varying needs of students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and academic growth.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of educational trends.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably within a UK-based setting.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
