Position: Primary Teacher

Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: June 2024

Randstad Education is looking for a motivated and creative Primary Teacher to work in a wonderful primary school in Hoddesdon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the varying needs of students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and academic growth.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and stay abreast of educational trends.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged children, preferably within a UK-based setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
