Primary Supply Teacher

Location: London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

Job type: Long-term, temporary

Start date: ASAP

End date: July 2024

Hours: Flexible - full-time / part-time - 8:30am - 4pm

Pay: £140 - £165 per day

Description:

  • Engage in day-to-day ad-hoc supply Teaching bookings, tailored to your availability and preferences.
  • Enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work, whether part-time or full-time.
  • Embrace the opportunity to work in excellent and renowned Inner London primary schools, including some brilliant Independent Schools.
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences, maintaining continuity in the absence of the regular class teacher.
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and school communities.
  • Implement school policies and procedures effectively, ensuring a smooth transition for students in the absence of their regular teacher.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience working as a primary school teacher (EYFS - KS2)
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in diverse educational settings and cater to varying student needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of teaching and learning, promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
  • Flexibility and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities in the dynamic environment of supply teaching.
  • This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK
