The Role:

The Headteacher of this fantastic Enfield Primary School is looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic Primary Teacher. Joining the team on a permanent basis from September, you will be dynamic and organised in your teaching practice, ensuring that each and every pupil is able to make excellent progress. Whether you’re an ECT or an experienced Teacher, you will have a great knowledge of the primary curriculum and be dedicated to inspiring a love of learning in your pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children’s progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding students' academic progress, behaviour, and any concerns or achievements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events to contribute to the overall school community and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant student information in accordance with school policies and regulations.
