Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 2 students.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum plans that align with school objectives and standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported in their learning journey.
• Work closely with Teaching Assistants to provide differentiated support and ensure the needs of all students are met.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably in Year 2.
• Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Creative approach to teaching and a willingness to innovate in the classroom.
