Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning goals.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning community.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience.
- Uphold high standards of classroom management and behaviour to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the well-being and academic achievement of all students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
- Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
