The Role: As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various year groups and subjects, providing cover for absent teachers in schools across the Swanley area. This role offers flexibility and diversity, allowing you to gain valuable experience in different classrooms and educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring continuity in learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
• Providing support and guidance to students as needed.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with primary-aged children.
