Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum, fostering a love for learning among Year 4 students.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, safe, and motivated to succeed.
• Use a variety of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) preferred.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to nurturing the academic, social, and emotional well-being of all students.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 4 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches to support children's learning and development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
