SEMH Primary Teacher to commence ASAP

Windsor area

Are you a dedicated and compassionate teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs? A dynamic SEMH School is currently seeking a Primary QTS SEMH Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. If you’re committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

Role Overview:

  • Position: Primary QTS SEMH Teacher
  • Location: Windsor
  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, during term time (08:30 am – 4:30 pm)

Responsibilities: As an SEMH Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN/SEMH requirements.
  • Create an Inclusive Environment: Foster a supportive classroom where all students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Anyone with a degree and QTS can pursue a career as an SEMH teacher. If you studied something other than education at the undergraduate level, you can gain a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)2.
