What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic school environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Upholding school policies and procedures while promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.
