Horizon Teachers are currently working with an Ofsted rated good Primary School in Hounslow, looking to appoint a Teacher to help teach their creative and skilled Year 3 class, from May until the end of the academic year.

This school focus on making sure they create an inspiring environment for children to help motivate them to develop a passion for learning and unlocking their full potential.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for diverse learners.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with a student-centred approach.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with assessments and tracking student progress.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development.

What will your key responsibilities be?
  • Plan and deliver creative lessons that meet the needs of each student.
  • Create an inclusive environment that supports positive behaviour and well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to identify and address students' needs.
  • Participate in parents' evenings and engage in regular communication with parents and families as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance teaching knowledge and skills.
