About this role

I work on behalf of a variety of primary schools across Thame that are looking for teachers to join their amazing faculties. As a Primary Teacher, you would need to uphold a warm environment within the classroom.

These schools prioritise students feeling confident and supported within all of her learning, so as a Teacher, you must be caring, uplifting and supportive. This job requires a bachelor in teaching (QTS). This position would require some experience working or volunteering around children. Previous teaching experience is not essential, but preferred and passion to maintain the great quality of the school’s education and morals.

This role will include:

  • Organise and manage a classroom

  • Teaching all pupils in your class according to their educational needs

  • Creating a well structured and positive environment

  • Identifying clear objectives of how the students will be taught and assessed throughout the year

  • Building relationships with the pupils, the parents and the faculty
