About this role

I work alongside a range of primary schools across Didcot that are looking for teachers to join their teams. These schools are an inspiring place to be. As a Primary Teacher, you would need to uphold this atmosphere within your classroom and the school.

These schools are proud of their warm faculty, so they need someone who will be uplifting and kind towards the students during this role. This job requires a bachelor in teaching (QTS). This position would require some experience working or volunteering around children. Previous teaching experience is not essential, but preferred and passion to maintain the great quality of the school’s education.

This role will include:

  • Organise and manage a classroom

  • Teaching all pupils in your class according to their educational needs

  • Creating a well structured and positive environment

  • Identifying clear objectives of how the students will be taught and assessed throughout the year

  • Building relationships with the pupils, the parents and the faculty
