We are inviting dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teachers to join our experienced team throughout the Wakefield area. This role offers the flexibility to work on a supply basis, either for day-to-day cover or long-term assignments. Your passion for teaching and ability to adapt to various educational settings will ensure a positive and impactful learning experience for students.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons with confidence and clarity, ensuring educational objectives are met.
• Seamlessly adapt to different year groups and classroom environments, maintaining continuity for students.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere that supports all students.
• Engage with students to support both their academic and personal development, acting as a role model and mentor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Demonstrable experience as a primary teacher within the UK education system.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to implement effective teaching strategies.
