Reed is collaborating with a local school to assist in recruiting a teacher for maternity leave on a fixed-term contract.

Contract:

  • Fixed Term, MPS 1-6

We are looking for a class teacher who:

  • Teaching Experience: We welcome candidates with teaching experience across any phase, from Early Years to Year 6.
  • High Expectations: You should have high expectations of pupils’ achievement and behaviour.
  • Effective Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible, resilient, and able to adapt quickly to change.
  • Enthusiasm for Impact: Demonstrate resolve and enthusiasm to make a real difference in the lives of pupils.
  • Commitment to Nurturing: Show commitment to nurturing and valuing pupils.
  • Experience with Additional Needs: Prior experience in teaching children with additional needs is valuable.
  • Partnership with Parents and Carers: Understand the importance of working in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Safeguarding Commitment: Have a thorough understanding and commitment to safeguarding all members of the school community.
