Employment Type: Long-term Contract

Hours: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Salary: £80 - £100 per day

Academics, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Primary School Carers to provide 1:1 support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Doncaster's primary schools.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary School Carer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized care and support to children with SEN.
• Assisting in the implementation of personalized learning plans.
• Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and recording progress, providing feedback to the school and parents.
• Encouraging social integration and fostering independence in students.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:

• Experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Working Hours:

The position involves working from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time only.

Salary:

The successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate ranging from £80 to £100.
