We are recruiting on behalf of our Partner Primary School for a Permanent School Business Manager in the South Tyneside area.

Our Partner Primary School are seeking a School Business Manager to join their team. With a dedicated and supportive working culture always prioritising the educational needs of all pupils.

The school has a dedicated and supportive working culture.

The successful candidate will have:

- strong organisational skills;

- an enthusiastic and friendly approach; 

- experience of finance and accounting, office administration, site management, HR/payroll, team management.

Role key responsibilities: 

- Management of finance and accounting procedures

- Management of site management and maintenance activities 

- Management of HR and payroll processes effectively 

- Management of office administration tasks

- Working closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership and Governing Body 

- Communicate profressionally with all members of the school community 

Role essentials: 

- previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting 

- relevant qualification 

- strong organisational and leadership skills 

- knowledge of school based systems is desirable 

- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 

- commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
